fusilli or similar
400gchicken breast fillets

1romaine lettuce
50gfresh kale

2 dlcrème fraîche

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare the Chicken: Flatten the chicken fillets slightly, season with salt and pepper, and fry in olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let cool slightly, then slice into strips.
Step 3
Prepare the Greens: Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Wash, dry, and finely chop the kale. Mix both in a large bowl.
Step 4
Make the Dressing: Combine crème fraîche, mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped herbs. Add lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Step 5
Assemble the Salad: Toss the pasta, chicken, lettuce, and kale with a portion of the dressing.
