Instructions

Step 1
Mix the onions, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger and salt together.
Step 2
Mix in the besan flour.
Step 3
Add 2 tbsp of water at a time till the dough comes together.
Step 4
Make small flat portions and deep fry them.
Step 5
Serve hot.
