Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the marinade ingredients and set aside to marinate.
Step 2
Fry the sliced onions, crush and set aside.
Step 3
In a pan, heat oil, add the marinated chicken and mix well. Cover and cook for 5-8 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Step 4
Add the crushed fried onion to the same pan, add the other spices and sauté till oil separates.
Step 5
Add the partially cooked chicken and hot water.
Step 6
Mix well, bring to boil, then cover and simmer till the chicken is tender.
Step 7
Sprinkle some garam masala, mix well and serve.
