Reese’s Brownie Cookies
If you have a box of brownie mix lying around, you’re in for a treat! I absolutely love making brownie cookies from a box mix. They’re so easy and delicious! Today, I decided to switch things up and added some Reese’s chocolate bars to the mix and a drizzle of creamy peanut butter on top once out of the oven. The combination of fudgy brownie texture with the creamy peanut butter flavor is simply irresistible.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
2. Crack two eggs in a large bowl, add in oil and mix well.
Step 3
3. Add in the brownie mix and flour and mix until well combined.
Step 4
4. Chop one of the Reese’s chocolate bar into bite size pieces and fold into the batter along with 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Step 5
5. Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to create cookie dough balls (This mixture should make you about 18 cookies).
Step 6
6. Place them about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Chop the second Reese’s bar and place 2 pieces on top of each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-9 minutes.
Step 7
7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool in the tray for about 5-10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Step 8
8. Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds this will make it easier to drizzle. Drizzle over the cooled cookies and sprinkle some flaky salt on top. Allow peanut butter to set for about 10 minutes before enjoy.
