Jalapeno Bacon Devilled Eggs

Personal spin on a classic Devilled Egg recipe, adding texture and a slight kick to every bite. Portioning intended for a small get together.

Instructions
Prepare Your Eggs
Step 1
Hard-boil and Peel your eggs using your preferred method
Step 2
Slice each egg in half around the yolk, like an avocado. Carefully release the yolk from each egg half, and place in a large bowl.
Prepare the filling
Step 3
Mash the yolks until it resembles a crumble.
Step 4
Add the mayonnaise and Dijon to the egg yolks and mix well to combine.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and mix. Add more salt or pepper if desired.
Step 6
Add picked jalapenos, bacon crumcle, and pickled jalapeno brine, and mix final time.
Put it together
Step 7
Put filling into a piping bag, or plastic bag with the corner cut off. Pipe the filling into each egg half.
Step 8
Sprinkle paprika on top of each Devilled egg
Step 9
Optional: Add a couple pieces of bacon crumble or a whole slice of picked jalapeno to the top of each Devilled egg as garnish.
