Instructions

Step 1
Brown butter and let cool

Cream butter and sugars
Step 3
Add yogurt and eggs, one at a time. Continue to mix.

Add vanilla. Continue to mix thoroughly.
Step 5
In separate bowl, sift together the flour, corn starch, baking soda, espresso powder, and salt. Whisk together.

Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

Once combined, fold in chocolate. Do NOT overmix!

Spread dough in a 8 1/2 inch skillet.
Step 9
Chill for at least 2 hours.
Step 10
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 11
Bake for 30-40 minutes. To check for doneness, insert toothpick into the center. If it is clean when you remove the toothpick, it is done.
