Instructions

Step 1
Cut the green beans into small pieces.
Step 2
Boil water with ½ tablespoon of salt and add the green beans. Cook for about 5 minutes, after 5 minutes drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Dice the red bell pepper into small pieces.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the green beans, red bell pepper, 1 cup of crispy fried onions, cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Add a little salt and pepper, and mix everything well.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe dish. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes.
Step 6
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and sprinkle 1 cup of cheese and 1 cup of crispy fried onions on top.
Step 7
Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 8
