Instructions
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions.
Step 2
In a medium skillet, heat a drizzle of oil in medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook throughly.
Step 3
Drain pasta and rinse under cold water.
Step 4
Transfer to a large bowl. Add chicken, tomatoes, cheese, basil, and vinegar.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Toss to combine.
