Instructions

Step 1
Boil chicken in seasoning of your choosing for 8-10 minutes, save broth for later use
Step 2
Blend onions, chillies, and tomatoes to mush.
Step 3
Boil mush blend for 20-30 minutes, or until reduced to paste.
Step 4
Dice and fry onions in oil until soft, then add tomato puree. Fry for 10 mins.
Step 5
Season chicken and grill/air fry to liking.
Step 6
When onions and tomato puree fry to a red sauce, add tomato mush and fry together. Season with salt, oregano, mixed herbs, thyme, ginger, chicken seasoning cubes (knor). Be careful not to burn. Add chicken broth saved from earlier.
