Prepare the White Garlic Sauce:
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened, then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Make the Pistachio Pesto:

Blend basil leaves, pistachios, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust consistency with more olive oil if needed.
Assemble the Pizza:
