Instructions

Prepare the White Garlic Sauce:

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened, then season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Make the Pistachio Pesto:

Blend basil leaves, pistachios, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust consistency with more olive oil if needed.

Assemble the Pizza:

Spread the white garlic sauce evenly over the pizza dough.

Add torn pieces of mozzarella cheese.

Dollop small amounts of ricotta cheese across the pizza.

Bake:

Bake the pizza in a preheated pizza oven (290-310ยฐC) until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly (about 5-7 minutes).

Add toppings

Once the pizza is out of the oven, layer thin slices of mortadella evenly on top.
