Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the spinach in some olive oil. Cooking it down means that you can fit more of it into the salad. Leave to cool down.
Step 2
Boil the bulgur according to instructions (optional).
Step 3
Mix the peanut butter, nuts, seeds, sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, dried herbs, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Step 4
Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
