Instructions

Step 1
Fill a large pot with 6 quarts of water and add salt. Bring to a boil over a high heat, then add noodles. Boil, stirring occasionally, until tender, 4-6 minutes. Drain well and rinse under cold water to stop cooking
Step 2
In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add add butter. Once melted, add garlic and stir-fry until lightly golden in color, about 4 minutes. Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and oil and mix well
Step 3
Add cooked noodles and toss to coat until noodles heated through, about 1 minute, then add green onion and toss to mix
Step 4
Transfer noodles to a large plate and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve
