Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Coat the chicken with olive oil and taco seasoning. Place it in the air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through at the 10-minute mark.
Step 2
Slice the sweet potato into chips and soak them in ice water for 20 minutes while the chicken cooks. Afterward, pat the chips dry with paper towels, then coat them in olive oil and spices. Place the sweet potato chips in the air fryer at 180°C–200°C for 7–20 minutes, or until tender and browned.
Step 3
Cook the peas with a bit of ghee and a pinch of salt until tender, then serve.
