Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan

Season chicken
Step 3
Once the pan is hot, add your chicken and cook to an internal temp of 160

While your chicken cooks, wash your arugula and add it to a bowl
Step 5
Top arugula with slivered almonds, goat cheese, peaches or pineapple, and balsamic glaze all to taste
Step 6
By this time your chicken should be about done. Cut your chicken and lay it on top of your salad
