Instructions
Step 1
Heat small skillet over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes. In a blender, blend cream cheese and eggs, until smooth
Step 2
Melt 1/4 tsp. butter in center of skillet. Pour 2 tablespoons on batter into pan. Use circular motion to spread batter a bit thinner than normal pancakes. Cook for 90 seconds, flip and 30 seconds. Repeat.
