Step 1
Add cauliflower to food processor and finely chop till it looks like rice. You need 2 cups - depending on size roughly 3/4 of a cauliflower or you can purchase it already chopped. Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook chopped carrot and finely chopped onion for 2 mins. Add crushed garlic. Cook for another minute. Add cauliflower rice and stir for 2 mins. Add garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt and pepper. Stir until combined.
