Instructions

Step 1
For salad- cut up cucumbers + tomatoes and place into a bowl. add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. mix well and place in the fridge.
Step 2
rinse, peel, and cut russet potatoes into desired fry shape
Step 3
par boil potatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes. drain and let dry for 10 minutes.
Step 4
place potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and salt. place in air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper. air fry at 380 for 20 minutes, (or until desired crispness) tossing halfway through.
Step 5
for steak- let sit at room temperature outside of the fridge for about 10 minutes. season salt + pepper + garlic salt (if desired) on each side.
Step 6
grill on high heat, both sides. and cook to internal temperature of 135-140. add butter if desired
Step 7
serve on plate and enjoy!
