Pasta with spinach and melting brie

This is ok, but not the best. Didn't find it very cheesy. Maybe I would use half cream and half cream fresh and add some other cheese.

Instructions

Step 1
• Melt the butter in a large deep frying pan.
Step 2
Once sizzling, add the spinach leaves and turn in the pan for a minute until wiited
Step 3
Season with the salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Step 4
Add the creme fraiche.
Step 5
• While making the sauce, cook the pasta until tender.
Step 6
Drain and add to the finished sauce before checking the seasoning
Step 7
• Preheat the grill.
Step 8
Place the pasta in a large ovenproof dish and lay the Brie slices over the top.
Step 9
Place under the grill and warm the Brie until it melts into the pasta.
Step 10
Finish with a drizzle af olive oil and a twist of pepper.
