Step 1
Cook lentils, rice and quinoa. Let it cool.
Step 2
Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms. Let it cool
Step 3
Add them with a little of oats, chia, wallnuts, flax, poumpkin in food processor
Step 4
Add spices and coriander
Step 5
Blend until soft. Form into balls and bake without oil at 180c for 20-30 mins
