Instructions

Step 1
Dice onion thinly.
Step 2
Combine ground beef, onion, curry powder, italian seasoning, ketchup and worcestshire sauce.
Step 3
Cook in microwave for 8 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add tomato soup and basil to the combination.
Step 5
Cook in microwave for 5 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes. This is the bolognese mixture.
Step 6
Melt butter in a skillet.
Step 7
Add flour to skillet.
Step 8
Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit.
Step 9
Add cream and milk. Whisk continuously. Let thicken after a few minutes.
Step 10
Add cheddar cheese and a decent amount of pepper. Once melted and mixed this is the cheese sauce.
Step 11
Layer the lasagna as such: Lasagna Pasta, Bolognese Sauce, Cheese Sauce. The last layer is just pasta, cheese sauce, and the parmesan cheese.
Step 12
Cover lasagna in aluminum foil. Don't let the aluminum touch cheese.
Step 13
Cook the lasagna at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 50-55 minutes.
Step 14
Uncover and cook for 10-15 minutes (until cheese browns).
Step 15
Let lasagna sit for 10-15 minutes.
