2 Tbspchili olive oil
1 Tbspbutter
0.5yellow onion

3 Tbspminced garlic
0.5green bell pepper

1can tomato paste

1 lbground beef
0.5 cantomato sauce
1 canitalian diced tomatoes
1 cupheavy cream
1 boxpenne pasta

Instructions
Step 1
sauté 1/2 diced yellow onion in 1 tbsp chili olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until fragrant.
Step 2
add 1/2 diced bell green pepper and minced garlic, cook till fragrant.
Step 3
add small can of tomato paste and fully break it down.
Step 4
add 1 lb of ground beef to tomato paste mixture and begin to cook.
Step 5
once beef is 80% cooked, add 1/2 a small can tomato sauce and Italian diced tomatoes.
Step 6
add heavy cream, measure with the heart.
Step 7
season liberally with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, dan-o spicy and tony’s extra hot.
Step 8
simmer on low for at least 30 mins.
Step 9
after 15 mins, begin cooking penne pasta with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt.
Step 10
drain penne, add boiled penne to meat sauce, mix.
Step 11
top with mozzarella pearls and serve!
