Hands down my favourite vegan recipe because it’s so easy, high protein, healthy and delicious!

Step 1
Fry the tofu in the sesame oil and teriyaki sauce until super crispy
Step 2
Add the rice, tofu and veggies into 3 containers
Step 3
Pour a dash of extra tamari and a teaspoon or two of chilli to each bowl
Step 4
When it’s time to eat, remove the avo and microwave until it’s warm, then add the avo back in along with some mayo. Mix well then scoop up all the goodness with the toasted seaweed sheets! Enjoy ❤️
