Vegetarian. Contains milk product and nuts. A tangy low calorie and low-carb vegetarian dip that is good for snacking or on a salad for a meal. Replaces a cheese dip. I will be making a vegan version using cashew cream or cashew yogurt.

Blender all ingredients together except salt and pepper, celery or carrots, preferably with a hand or drink blender, until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish and eat with slices of celery and carrot, or Wasa crisps.
