Step 1
Cut all vegetables and ingredients in cubes and or short stripes

In a wok pan start by frying the starter frying base Ingredients with a table spoon of sesame seed oil, until slightly brown 2.

2. Add onions and spring onions until soft to continue frying in the starter frying,

Add the rest of the vegetables one by one and stir starting from the yardlong beans, cucumber and soy sprouts

Add the tofu and the sauces. Fry for a couple of minutes add salt and pepper

And lastly add the scallions and peanuts. Dissolve 1 big spoon of corn starch in 10ml of water. Add slowly by slowly until thicken.
