Instructions
Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan and sweat the onions for 5 minutes or until softened.
Step 2
Add the paella rice and stir into the onions. Stir through the Paella mix followed by 1 litre of water. Add the diced red pepper and bring the pan to boiling point, then reduce to a simmer.
Step 3
Simmer for roughly 25 minutes, stirring regularly. Most of the liquid should be absorbed into the rice. Stir through the prawns and cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve into hot bowls.
