This recipe is bound to add up some spice and something nice to that rice, introducing the smoked chorizo rice, severed on a bed of par boiled sliced peppers with some pepper slices carros the side and to top it all off a flower bed of pepper petals and rocket bush.

Instructions
Step 1
First step is put your three bags of rice in a mesh strainer and wash it thoroughly
Step 2
Let it rest is some par boiled water
Step 3
Slice up your chorizo, red onion, spring onion, garlic and peppers (Save some peppers for garnish)
Step 4
In a pot put 3 1/2 tsb of oil and to that add your red onion, spring onion and garlic.
Step 5
Once the vegetables have lost their firmness add the spices and herbs follow that by mixing them
Step 6
Add the chorizo once the spices have blended in with the vegetables
Step 7
Add the rice that has been soaking in par boiled water and thoroughly mixed it all together let it cook for 1 or so to get the flavours combined

Add enough cold/lukewarm water to the pot making sure you cover an inch or a finger tip above the rice
Step 9
Leave on med/high for 5 minutes and let it simmer on low for 10-15 minutes depending on the water you used

The leftover peppers can be used a bed for the rice or garnish

Grab a small bowl or a large mug and place the rice into it to form a sphere
Step 12
Place the bowl on a plate tapping the sides to ensure the rice is one piece when it comes out

Serve the rice with sliced par boiled peppers on the side and triangle cut pepper on top of the rice with a bed of rocket to form a flower
Step 14
Final step is to enjoy your creation
