Instructions

Step 1
Wash all the fruit and halve the strawberries. Place all in the soup maker or blender. Add the carton of fruit juice.
Step 2
Blend on the soup maker juice setting or whatever blender setting you choose. Stop and let rest for 30 seconds. Taste. If the constituency is thicker than you prefer add mineral water at this stage but on a gently-gently basis according to taste.

Step 3
Blend again if desired using the manual blend setting for as many seconds as you need.
Step 4
The fresh fruit we have just blended has a large amount of husk: the seeds and skin of the berries. Depending on whether you want a whole fruit drink or just fruit juice you can choose what to do next. If whole fruit...just put in the fridge and enjoy later. If you want it more juice like then you need to pour the blended juice through a seive to filter out the seeds and husk. This will give you less fibre but a more juice-like drink. You may have to pass it twice through the seive if you want it really smooth.
Step 5
To serve...pour over ice and add fresh mint leaves as garnish.
