Blondie Mix
345gbutter
675gwhite chocolate
6eggs
210gsugar
465gplain flour
salt
300gwhite chocolate chips
8gbaking powder
Cheesecake Mix
Instructions
Baking Your Blondie
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 170C
Step 2
Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk until foamy, then slowly add the sugar whilst still whisking
Step 3
Whilst the egg & sugar mix is whipping, melt the butter and white chocolate in short bursts, stirring to combine
Step 4
Once your egg mix has reached a ribbon like state, add the chocolate & butter mix whilst still whisking to combine
Step 5
Add your plain flour, salt and baking powder and fold into the mix
Step 6
Add your white chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed
Step 7
Empty into your mould and place in the oven for 30-45 minutes, until it has reached a golden brown colour
Cheesecake Filling
Step 8
Beat your cream cheese, double cream, sugar and vanilla essence together using a hand whisk or stand mixer
Step 9
Once combined add your jam and fold in by hand
Step 10
Empty your cheesecake mix into a piping bag
Building Your Giant Jammie Dodger

Once your Blondie has baked and completely cooled, remove it from the mould
Step 12
Cut your dodger in half and pipe your cheesecake mix onto the base
Step 13
Place your top half on top and fill the heart with jam

Store in the fridge for 2-3 day, but got best results consume on the day of creation
