Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
Step 2
Prep muffin tins (grease, paper/silicon cups)
Step 3
Mix oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and hemp seeds in a food processor until smooth. Put in mixing bowl
Step 4
Puree lentils with oil in a blender until smooth
Step 5
Add bananas, sugar, vanilla, and egg to blender until smooth
Step 6
Add liquid mixture to dry mixture. Add chocolate chips
Step 7
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 mins until toothpick comes clean
