Instructions

Step 1
first I put water to boil with this bullion and potatoes with salt and pepper
Step 2
afterwards I grate the beets and add them to potatoes
Step 3
add the onion and carrots on a heated pan with oil and cook them some minutes and afterwards add them to the borsh
Step 4
let them boil together and when you feel that the potatoes are almost ready add the beans. 10 mins
Step 5
in the end add lemon juice and parsley and creme fraiche on preference
