Instructions

Step 1
Wash and slice your veggies while you have your pan warming on low with your oil/ butter of choice.
Step 2
Toss your veg into the pan and quickly stir it about if it’s a screaming hot pan, if not but a moderate sizzle then continue on to add your spices and stir to coat evenly.
Step 3
Check in 5mins then stir, if it begins to stick to the pan turn down the heat and add a touch of water (or get fancy with some white wine). Continue to check for desired doneness. When done remove from pan and adjust seasoning to your preference.
