Instructions

Step 1
• On a sauce pan on medium low, add about a half cup of balsamic vinegar and a couple spoonfuls of sugar and simmer until half has dissolved. Stirring occasionally

• Place your balsamic glaze in fridge until plating
Step 3
• Set oven to 350F
Step 4
• Slice and butter both sides of your baguette
Step 5
• Put buttered baguette slices in oven for 6 minutes
Step 6
• On a sauce pan place 2 tablespoons of pesto and a can of your rinsed diced tomatoes on medium heat for a few minutes
Step 7
• Add salt and pepper to your pesto tomatoes
Step 8
• When your bread is toasted to your liking take out of oven
Step 9
• Spread burrata on all pieces
Step 10
• Add a spoon full of your pesto tomatoes on each slice
Step 11
• Drizzle your balsamic glaze on top

• Enjoy!
