Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F
Step 2
Oil and flour loaf pan or muffin tin.
Step 3
Combine salt, flour, baking powder and soda in one bowl and mix well.
Step 4
In another bowl, combine sugar, oil, and eggs. Beat 2nd bowl until frothy, then add bananas.
Step 5
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and blend together.
Step 6
If making a loaf, pour all of the mixture and bake for 45-60 minutes. Inserting a toothpick should come out clean when finished.
Step 7
If making muffins, pour mixture into muffin tin until 2/3 full. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when finished.
Step 8
1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
