Spray baking dish with nonstick spray.

Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in wet ingredients. Then fold in apples, reserving 1/4 for topping the mix once in the pan.

Empty mixture into prepared baking dish and top with reserved apples. Place in oven and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the mixture is set/firm in the middle and golden brown on the top.
