Instructions

Step 1
Drain and rinse chickpeas, chop zucchini into halves, dice onion.
Step 2
Drizzle all veggies with 2 tbsp of olive oil and season with half the garlic salt and pepper. Roast in air fryer for 12 min.
Step 3
Pat dry chicken breast , and season with remainder garlic salt and pepper. Toss jn 1/4 cup of pesto. Add into air fryer and cook until ready.
Step 4
Toss spinach in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and add in veggies and chicken to serve.
