Instructions
Step 1
Peel, cut up, boil and mash the potatoes.
Step 2
Add 1/4 cup butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and mix into mashed potatoes
Step 3
Mix together: 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 c whipping cream, cook until soft ball stage
Step 4
Stir in 1/4 c butter, pecans
Step 5
Pour on top of mashed potatoes
Step 6
Bake at 350 until top is brown
