1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Add the marinade to a large rimmed plate.

2. Add rimmed plate. Take one piece of the rice paper, and gently coat it in the water for about 15 seconds.

3. Then lay your rice paper bacon sheet in the marinade and coat both sides, flipping it over to coat as thoroughly as possible.

4. Add the rice paper to a board then use a knife or pizza cutter to slice the rice paper into bacon strips (about 3/4 - 1 inch thick).

5. Bring a skillet up to medium heat with a bit of oil. Fry the strips for about 5 mins. Buon appetito!
