It is the healthiest snack you can ever have, it is cheap, easy and extremely fast to make it ready. This version is with banana, oatmeal, muesli, date paste, dried mango and pineapple.

Step 1
Peel the banana and smash with a fork into a large bowl.

Add the oatmeal, muesli and also both the date paste and honey. Mix all the ingredients with a spatula.

Step 3
Add now the dried mango and pineapple which you can slice in small cubes if you have big pieces. Mix again with your spatula.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray, give it a shape until is a couple of centimeters high. You can consider to place a baking sheet on the tray.

Bake the bar in the oven and once cool enjoy you healthy snack.
