Instructions
Step 1
Cut oyster mushroom, celery, shrimp, and bell peppers into small pieces. (将杏鲍菇、芹菜、虾仁和彩椒切成小块。)
Step 2
Heat the frying pan and add avocado oil. Add shrimp and minced garlic to the pan, and stir fry till shrimp changes to red color. (起锅烧油,加入虾仁和蒜末炒至虾仁变色。)
Step 3
Add celery and bell pepper, stir fry for 3-4 minutes. Then add oyster mushroom to the pan, stir fry for another 3 minutes. (加入芹菜和彩椒,翻炒3-4分钟。然后加入杏鲍菇,再翻炒3分钟。)
Step 4
Add cooking wine, soy sauce, Chinese hot sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce to contents in the pan. Stir fry for another 1-2 minutes until condiments are fully disperse in the dish. Then remove contents from heat. (在锅中加入料酒、酱油、老干妈、糖和蚝油,继续翻炒至调料搅拌均匀后即可出锅。)
