Instructions

Step 1
First start by making the sauce, grab a bowl and add rice wine, water, sesame oil, coconut aminos, sugar, white vinegar, and orange zest.

Grab another bowl mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Set aside

Next take your carrots and shave them into thin strips and set them aside for a later step.

In a large pan heat 1 tbsp of oil and add the ground chicken. Break apart the chicken and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.

Once the chicken is broken apart and cooking, add your carrots.

While the chicken and carrots cook. Grab your rice and cook as per package details. I like to use Bens Original Ready Rice.

After your chicken is cooked thru and your carrots are tender mix in your sauce and bring to a boil. Add in your cornstarch slurry, and stir to thinken.
