Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oil in a skillet. Oil should be 2-3 inches from the surface.
Step 2
Empty salmon into a mixing bowl. Break up the salmon into fine pieces using a fork.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients into the bowl and mix thoroughly with the salmon. Using your hands works best.
Step 4
After mixed well and salmon is able to stick together, shape into 8-10 patties. (A palm full should be enough for 1 patty)
Step 5
Lightly flatten each patty.
Step 6
Place in hot oil and fry for approximately 3 minutes per side or until golden brown
Step 7
Remove from oil and place on a paper towel lined plate to drain.
Step 8
Serve with cajun garlic aioli or your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
