Instructions
Step 1
Beat butter & coconut sugar on medium speed for 1 minute.

Step 2
Add cashew butter & vanilla. Beat until well combined.
Step 3
Add eggs and beat on medium speed until well combined.
Step 4
Add in dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, sea salt) & mix.
Step 5
Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 6
Refrigerate dough for 1 hour (or until firm.)
Step 7
Preheat oven to 350°.
Step 8
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll dough into balls & place 4" apart on prepared baking sheet.
Step 10
Using hand, press on cookies lightly to flatten dough.

Bake 12 minutes.
