1 cupmilk
warm
2 ½ tspdry yeast

⅓ cupsalted butter
melted
½ cupgranulated sugar
1 tsphimalayan salt
4 ½ cupsall-purpose flour

Sprinkle yeast over warm milk, in a stand mixer

Add in eggs, butter, sugar and salt

Add only 4 cups of flour in slowly (save other 1/2 cup of flour). Mix until combined

All mix to rest for 5 minutes

Attach dough hook to stand mixer, and knead dough for 7 minutes

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover in a warm place, and let rise for 30 minutes. Place bowl in a preheated oven at 120°, after bowl is placed inside, shut the oven off to maintain the warmth

Combine soft butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl

Roll the dough to an even 24" x 15" rectangle, and be sure to put some flour beneath the dough so it does not stick to the surface it's on

Warm the heavy cream and pour over the rolls
