Instructions

Step 1
Set aside 2tbsp flax seed meal combined with 6 tbsps water for 5 minutes
Step 2
Cut potatoes in wedges
Step 3
Combine all potato ingredients and place in baking dish
Step 4
Combine all patty ingredients. Ring out water from bread before adding to the meat mixer. When mixed form patties
Step 5
Place patties on top of potatoes
Step 6
Baked covered at 415 until potatoes are tender
Step 7
Uncover and bake for another 10-15minutes for color
