Instructions

Step 1
First start boiling your egg for 10min

Tuna filling

Step 2
Chop the parsley and dice the apple.
Step 3
To a bowl add all the ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Wrap

Step 4
Chop the walnuts and dice the boiled egg.
Step 5
Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with garlic mayonnaise.
Step 6
Place the arugula, tuna filling and diced egg on top. Season the egg with salt.
Step 7
Sprinkle on the walnuts.
Step 8
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 9
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
