Step 1
Sprinkle the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place bacon strips and Swiss cheese slice on top of the breast. Roll up the breast, use plastic wrap to roll and form a wheel. Place it in the fridge for couple hours, use egg batter to cover the breast wheel and sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs.
Place it in the over for 45 minutes at 350F
