Instructions

Step 1
Line slow cooker with a slow cooker liner or lightly grease with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2
Season pork on both sides with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.Place pork into slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk chicken broth, honey, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over pork.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Move pork to a serve board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

If sauce is too thin, whisk cornstarch (about 2 tablespoons) and water together in a small bowl or cup. Add to slow cooker and whisk until sauce is thicken.
