Step 1
- Hard boil eggs - Peel, cut sideways and remove egg yolk - Crush egg yolk with fork in a large bowl - add salt and a lot of pepper - add butter to crushed egg yolks - add mustard - add Mayonnaise - Slice and cut the egg whites into small cubes and add to egg yolk mixture - Use Mayonnaise to refine the taste
