Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, add your potatoes and enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
Step 2
Put the lid on the pan and let the potatoes steam until they are fork tender. Continue to add more water if necessary.
Step 3
Once all the water has evaporated and the potatoes are fork tender, add in the butter.
Step 4
Once the butter is melted, add in your garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 5
Add the soy sauce and honey to the pan.
Step 6
Continuously toss the potatoes in the sauce until the sauce has caramelized.
Step 7
Once caramelized, enjoy as is or top with mozzarella cheese.
