Instructions
Step 1
Chop of veggies and pat tofu dry with paper towel
Step 2
Heat oil over medium heat and add veggies. Cool 5 minutes or until moisture is mostly gone.
Step 3
Crumble tofu over the pan and mix in with turmeric powder. Scramble together for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped green onions.
